DENTAL PLANS
ABC Client will continue to offer the dental plan with BCBSIL. You have the flexibility of utilizing in-network and out-of-network providers. However, you will see the greatest savings utilizing in-network providers. Under both plan options, your dependents are eligible until age 26.
If you are enrolled in medical coverage, you will receive a separate ID card for dental coverage.
