ACCIDENT PLAN
Accident Insurance helps offset unexpected medical expenses such as emergency room and hospital fees, deductibles and co-payments that can result from accidental injury such as:
- Fractures,
- Discolcations, or
- other covered accidental injuries
CRITICAL ILLNESS
Critical Illness with cancer coverage helps offset the out-of-pocket medical and non-medical expenses related to a covered critical illness by providing a lump sum benefit. This coverage also provides benefits for specific screening tests.
HOSPITAL INDEMNITY
Hospital Indemnity coverage provides a lump sum payment for inpatient and outpatient stays. This plan is designed to provide you and your fami-ly members with additional coverage where your medical plan may have gaps.
SHORT-TERM DISABILITY
Short-Term Disability Insurance replaces a portion of your income to help make ends meet if you are totally disabled due to a covered accident or covered sickness. This coverage is in addition to the base Short-Term disability insurance that Tague covers.
