Tague Lumber is thrilled to be able to offer the same level of medical benefits at no cost increase to employees for the May 1, 2021 – April 30, 2022 plan year.

Both plans offer the flexibility of receiving care from in-network and out-of-network providers. However, utilizing in-network providers will maximize your medical benefit.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

Employees are the first of the month following 30 days of employement.

There are no changes to the medical plans this year!

OPTION 1: HDHP Plan with HRA

This Medical Plan offers employees funds in the form of an HRA that can be used to pay for in network deductible expenses.

OPTION 2: HDHP Plan with Copay

This Medical Plan offers copays for regular doctor visits for certain costs for your most frequent medical services.
