Understanding your healthcare options and determining the best plan options that fit your needs should be a high priority during the Annual Open Enrollment Period. We understand that navigating through your benefits package can be complex and wish to offer as much support and valuable information as possible.
BENEFITS OVERVIEW
MEDICAL PLANS You have two medical options to choose from. The medical plans will be administered by Meritain using the Aetna network.
SWIFTMD This telemedecine benefit is available to all employees, regardless of their enrollment in medical. All plans will have a $0 copay for telemedicine through SwiftMD. More information is available on the Medical page.
DENTAL PLANS NEW! The dental plans are moving to The Standard. Additionally, the DMO plan has been removed, there is only the PPO plan.
VISION PLAN NEW! This year Tague is adding a vision plan through VSP. Exams, Frames, and Lenses are covered for you and your dependents once a year. More information is available on the DEntla & Vision page.
LIFE AND DISABILITY Tague provides you with life insurance, short and long term disability at no cost to you! You also have the opportunity to purchase more life insurance and short term disability coverage.
ADDITIONAL RESOURCES Your entire family has access to an Employee Assistance Program through The Standard, which provides face to face consultation for a variety of personal and wellbeing issues.
ENROLLMENT CONSIDERATIONS
Elections you make during open enrollment will become effective on May 1, 2021. If you have questions about any of the benefits mentioned in this guide, please don’t hesitate to reach out to your Human Resource team or The Graham Company’s Service Line. Open enrollment is the period each year when you can make changes to your benefits. This guide will outline benefit options that are available to you and your family.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
Full time employees are benefit eligible.

DEPENDENT COVERAGE
In addition to electing coverage for yourself, you can elect to cover your eligible dependents. Your eligible dependents include your spouse/domestic partner, your children up to age 26 regardless of student status, marital status, financial dependence or residence and your children of any age who are mentally or physically disabled and depend on you for support.
EMPLOYEES EXPERIENCING A QUALIFIED CHANGE OF STATUS
Unless you experience a life-changing qualifying event, you cannot make changes to your benefits until the next open enrollment period—each May 1st.
Qualifying events include:
- Marriage or Divorce
- Birth or adoption of a child
- Change in child’s dependent status
- Death of a spouse, child or other qualified dependent
- Change in employment status or a change in coverage under another employer-sponsored plan
- Entitlement to Medicare or Medicaid
