Diagnostic & Complex Imaging - How to Seek Care
It is important to note that Diagnostic Services and Complex Imaging such as MRIs for example, are covered at different amounts depending on whether you visit a freestanding facility or a hospital.
HDHP HRA plan: services are covered at 100%; after deductible— (freestanding facility) | 80%; after deductible— (hospital)
CHOICE DIRECT plan: $0 copay (freestanding facility) / 80% (hospital)
