BASIC LIFE INSURANCE
For most people, maintaining a lifestyle depends on an important source of income – regular paychecks. If you should die, your family’s lifestyle could suffer. ABC Client recognizes that life insurance provides critical financial protection.
ABC Client provides full-time employees a life insurance benefit of 1.5X annual earnings up to $200,000 and an accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) policy in the same amount. You are eligible for this benefit on the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment. This benefit is provided by ABC Client at no cost to you.
Please note, Basic Life/AD&D insurance amounts reduce with age:
Age 65: Amount of life insurance will be 65% of original amount Age 75+: Amount of life insurance will be 50% of original
